How do I get started?

It's easy to get started. All you need to do is contact us through the website, by phone or E-mail. We can then either make an appointment or we can go through some simple questions about your business. You can also fill in or download the questionare Once we have some info about your business & what you need we can get started on some preliminary designs for you.

I live in the UK or another country, is this a problem?

No, of course not. Just contact us by E-mail, phone or skype call & we can discuss your needs. We can do everything for you without a physical meeting. Skype calling is also a brilliant way for us to work together.

Am I under any obligation?

No, You are not tied down at all & can cancel your subscription at any time. Just let us know & we will cancel your subscription from the following month.

Can I upgrade my plan if I need to?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Just contact us & we will sort this out easily for you.


Who manages or looks after my website?

Once we have built your site & you have signed up to your plan, we take care of all your website management. We constantly monitor & ensure your site is working correctly & make sure that everything is working perfectly. This leaves you free to concentrate on what you do best, run your business.........

How do I add or change stuff on my site?

Depending on which plan you are on, we include any changes to your site for free. If you need to add a productor new images, then just contact us & we will take care of everything.

What happens if I exceed my plans site change options?

If you need extra changes to your site that is not covered in your plan, then juust contact us & for a nominal fee will make any changes necessary, from extra pages, image galleries or posts & special offers.

Do I pay monthly or yearly?

We would recommend that if you can afford to,then paying yearly is the best option & saves you mney on the monthly plans. However, this is entirely up to you. If you pay yearly, then you can save a large amount of money. As an example, if you pay for our top plan,then you can save a massive £300.00 overmonthly payments. The option is whatever suits you, our monthly plans are very competativly priced anyway & you can always upgrade to yearly later on if you wish.

I already have a website, is it a problem to change.

If you do already have a website & would like tochange to our super fast service, then this is not a problem at all. We will deal with everything for you, including transfering all your data & images over to us. This is also a great idea or time to consider updating your site to a more contemporary or modern interactive website!


I am worried about help with my site, what type of support do you offer?

Although your site should run perfectly at all times, sometimes due to certain circumstances, things happen beyond our control. So please call us right away. We offer premium express support of your site from 9.am. till 6.pm 7days a week if you need help. If it's just general helpwith updates or tech help.Please call anytime you need to We also offer customer support 24/7 if your problem is urgent. All you need to do is call, just like ghostbusters!
